In this section you can manage your project, add assessments and send invitations, download reports and apply maps and filters. You will find 2 sections: Project configuration (folding) and Management of Evaluated.
1. Project Settings
This section is hidden and can be displayed clicking the arrow at the right.
It is the info that you fulfill when creating the project, you can edit them to change values clicking the pen next to the title. You can fold the section back clicking the right arrow.
1.1. Modify number of assessments assigned to the project
In the data of the project, in "edit" mode you will see below an option called "Number of Assessments". This option allows you to reduce or increase the number of assessments assigned to your project. If, for example, you created the project for 3 assessments, but only used two and will not use the third, you can recover the unused assigned credits to your free credits account, decreasing the number of assessments assigned to this project (if you had 3, you can put 2). To be able to do this, that third assessment can not have an invitation created, if it has one, mark it and delete it before modifying the number of available assessment for the project.
You can also increase the assessments assigned to this project, to do so just increase the number of assessments (you need to have free credits for this option). The system will assign the necessary credits to increase your project (if you do not have enough credits, get them first in the credit calculator).
1.2. Customization of the project
You can change the customization of the project by editing this section by clicking the pen besides the title.
2. Assessed management
In this section you can create and send invitations and download reports, as well as manage the assessed.
2.1. Add Invitations
To create a new invitation for an assessment, press the button "Add assessment" and a new dialog will open.
Enter the emails of the people to be assessed, you can write them one by one, or paste them separated by space, comma or even rows. You can choose the language in which they will receive the invitation and they will fulfill the test (the assessed himself can change the language of the test before fulfilling it). Choose if you want to automatically send the email with the link to access the test, you can also decide to send the invitations at another time.
You can also create anonymous invitations without linking them to a specific email or persona and manually send the link to any person using your email client by clicking the "Token" button that will copy the link to your clipboard so you can paste it into your own mail.
In case of Open or Group (cross) Radar projects a special dialogue will be opened to add extra configurations, please see the section on "Creating a successful Competences Radar project" to understand how to add assessed and observers in this type of projects
2.2. Delete invitations that you will not use
You can delete invitations that have not been used (you can not delete reports that have already been generated). Simply select the invitation by ticking its blue button on the left, and press the red "Delete" button
This will "free" credits within the same project to create a new invitation in this same project
2.3. Resend Invitations
Check any invitations or invitations created and with the "Send" button will resend the invitation email to the assessed
2.4. Send test access manually
You can copy the link to the test and paste it into an email to send it from your own mail client. To do this simply click on the Token button of that invitation and it will be automatically copied to your clipboard, paste it into your email to send it.
2.5. Team or Group Map
You can generate a DISC group map (if you are in a DISC project). To do this, select all the assessed that you want to group on a map (they must have generated report) and press "Group Map". It will open a dialog where you can choose to download a group map with the natural DISC profile, adapted or both, choose one and press the green "Group map" button, you will download a 2 page PDF document with the assessed map and a list with the names of each person.
In case there are several names in a single quadrant and not all the assessed initials (because of the space), the map will put the number of people that are in that quadrant and in the list of the next page you will find the names of the people in that quadrant grouped together.
2.6. Target DISC Map
You can generate a target (or job) DISC map (for this you need to have target DISC profiles created in your Catalogs section). To do this select all assessed that you want to compare against a target profile (they should have generated report) and press "Target DISC Map". It will open a dialogue in which you can choose the target profile from a list, choose one and press the green button "Target DISC Profile", you will download a 3 page PDF document with the DISC target report, the map of adequacy and a list of the assessed compared.
2.7. Filtering reports
In DISC projects, under the bar with the "Assessments Summary" you will find the section "Filter assessments", just as in the case of "Project Configuration" you will see an arrow on the right, click to display it . It will open a dialogue in which you can choose a DISC factor and do a search of all those assessed that have as a first factor DISC the one you choose.
2.8. Assessed Management
You can control when the invitations were created and on what date the test was fulfilled. You can search for an specific assessed with the "Search" function writing the email, name or part of it.
2.9. Group (cross) and open Competences Radars Management
In your project you will see a table with all assessed, for each assessed you will see a green button called "Evaluators" ("Observers")
Clicking this button will show the evaluators (observers) who were assigned to this assessed. If you need to change one of these evaluators (as long as he or she have not complete the test) you can "Reassign" the assessment by inserting the new evaluator's email, you can also delete an evaluator who has not completed the test, take into account that in this case you will not be able to add another. Note that an assessed must have at least one evaluator, or the report will not be generated correctly.
You can know that the assessed has completed his own self-assessment when you see the end date in the "Completed" column. If the report's download button still does not appear, it is because there are evaluators who have not completed the test. At the same time you can know if all the evaluators (observers) have finished the test because in the column of "Evaluators" will appear the label "Fulfilled". When both assessed and evaluators complete the tests will appear the download button of the report. Please note that in radar projects with competences created by you the language of your competences in the report will come out in the language they were created regardless of the download language that you use.
2.10. Download reports
You can download the reports generated in the available languages (some reports are not in all languages, please consult your Agent about it) regardless of the language in which the test was fulfilled.
